Spotless. The Owner was a nice Guy.. Very nice inside. Needs a Bit TLC on the Outside but Generally that does not matter. Loads of Shampoo and Teas and Coffees. Highly recommend it in the middle of town with parking..

The location & facilities were great & the staff were exceptional as was the food. My husband loved the pool & sauna. I was sad to leave today . Met some lovely locals & dogs in the pub in the evenings. Will definitely be back some day

    The house is beautiful in a very peaceful location.

    The house is beautiful in a very peaceful location. Great hot tub and outside space too. Hosts are very kind and whilst they are a avaliable for any requests they are mindful of your privacy. It's a lovely place. Lovely little cafe in the nearest town and Loch Leven Larder a few miles away is also worth a visit. A shortish drive to St. Andrews for a visit there. We will be back for trip 4 ASAP.

    The location is good to get away from towns/cities.

    The location is good to get away from towns/cities. It suited us, as close to family we were visiting. It was very relaxing in the hotel. The only slight issue was the danger of the road crossing from car park, as traffic is deceivingly fast there.

    Lovely old hotel with lots of history, good facilities with comfortable rooms, bathrooms have been redecorated and are very modern tiled throughout. Chose because it is very dog friendly but there is no easily accessible dog walk close by. It’s located on quite a busy road and was woken by the first car that went past in the morning but it was quiet through the night. Evening meal was superb and breakfast was great. Ample free parking. Would use again for certain

    Peace and quiet was what we wanted and that is EXACTLY what we got. The setting is amazing. If you want all mod cons with people running after you go to a hotel but if you want STUNNING views and tranquility then this is the place to stay. We only stayed 48 hours but left feeling relaxed and recharged.

    This is the CLEANEST hotel ive stayed in in scotland (and ive stayed in quite a few) The staff are absolutely lovely. Especially the woman who checked me in. Would stay here over & over.
