The location, the building itself, the dining and above all, the staff were exceptional. We stayed for a surprise visit for my mother’s 80th birthday and I can honestly say, we have never, in any hotel in the world, stayed anywhere where there have been more helpful, attentive and pro active staff across the board. Staff were in on the surprise and were contacting me in advance of our arrival to check on details and offer us various options to help make out stay even more special.
