The Chalet was extremely cozy, and the hosts had thought of everything. Clean, warm, comfortable, and beautiful decor. My Daughter and I felt extremely welcome, and we would stay there again. We went to the Christmas Market and this location is not far with the South park and ride, but nicely out of the way from the busy town centre. Ticked all the boxes for us. Oh, and the bed was extremely comfortable - always a bonus! Thank you, Dawn, for an extremely comfortable stay.

Everything! From start to finish the staff was kind, friendly, attentive and exceedingly helpful. The room was perfect; nice, updated and comfortable. The English breakfast was delicious. Coffee was superb. It was in an ideal spot for our next day cruise. I would go back there any time!!! Thank you Ennios!

Position near cruise centre and short distance to West Quay shopping centre. Warm welcoming staff. Particularly a young man called Reece on reception who helped me to my room with luggage and allowed me to check in early, also remembered me from previous stays.
