Welcoming staff. Small room but really clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed including a Nespresso machine and a Roberts radio. Fully equipped bar. Clean and modern bathroom with good shower pressure Excellent breakfast. Restaurant/ pub was full (Thursday evening). Really good food!

It is a lovely place with a wonderful view. We walked for hours among sheeps and cows with an incredible view of the Land. The Hut is so cute.

I loved my stay with Susie and Mike. They were both so welcoming, especially staying alone they made such great company. The most beautiful garden and area to walk around along the countryside and into the village. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful, I felt so special being served the most delicious food.

The property had everything we needed, it was nice and clean and Jason and Louise were very welcoming. The location is perfect being only 10 minutes outside of Brighton. I would highly reccomend The Stables at The Forge to anybody looking.

    What a gorgeous little lodge.

    What a gorgeous little lodge. This was perfect for our over night stay and we would have loved to stay for longer. Anna was fab and very attentive. The lodge had great facilities and was such a lovely set up. A huge thank you and we hope to come back next year 😊

    A great stay in a beautifully decorated and designed apartment in the centre of Burgess Hill. Great value and easy walk to main restaurants and pubs in the town and a stones throw from the train station - with easy hop trains into Brighton or London. We had a minor problem which the owner responded to instantly and was really helpful and friendly. Completely recommend for a stay on the area - we visited Knepp and Seven Sisters/Beachy Head walk which were all within an easy drive.

    I was attending a wedding in Brighton, so this was a perfect location for me, with Burgess Hill rail station a short walk away, and was far better value-for-money than school holiday hotel prices in Brighton. Charlotte & Darren have thought of everything in equipping the apartment, and it’s comfortable and spotlessly clean.
