A new house with small flat. Excellent for overnight stay . Directions were difficult at one stage thought we were in Southhampton.! Hot water just takes a little to clear pipes.

We stayed in Nutach Cottage and it was perfect. It had a very 'The Holiday' vibe to it, especially in the cold cosy winter. Sarah allowed me to propose to my partner at her lakehouse (part of the property) and it was wonderful. The setting was stunning, the accomodation was warm and comfy, the local eateries were all written out and Sarah was a wonderful host. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect weekend.

Stunning location, amazing, accommodating hosts. Every facility you could need in the cottage. Dog had enclosed, secure garden which he loved and plenty of walks around the farm. Close to all major attractions, beaches and towns in North Devon and Cornwall. Honestly, could not be better.
