Aldergrove airport itself is dated and dull and needs major investment, the approach roads to the airport need investment while the shopping choices are very poor. No information desk or customer service desk in the arrivals section, no staff assistance or announcements on delayed baggage. Staff on duty throughout the airport are fantastic very attentive, mannerly and helpful throughout , but the building and surroundings requires major investment in order to attract more tourism to Northern Ireland.Guest review byaidanIreland - 10.0

Very disappointing .
Very disappointing . It was not clean and had little Covid 19 protection measures in place. The food in the restaurant was of a poor standard and service was slow. The TV in our room did not work properly and reception were unable to sort it. We would recommend others to think carefully before booking this hotel.
