The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and great value. The nearby restaurant had a lovely breakfast and the room was nice and quiet. There was a slight mix up with our room booking as we had booked in under two names and in arriving late and tired we only got the keys for one room, which was partly our fault. However, in the morning once the staff realised the mistake they were very apologetic and sympathetic. They refunded the second room straight away and offered us a lovely free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel if you are after a well priced place to stay for the night.

    It was an experiment for us to join our cruise in Marseille using air travel. We stayed in Vitrolles due to late flight time, We now know that we could have taken a shuttle from the airport to Marseille Station which would have suited our plans much better.

    We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay...

    We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay close to the airport and one staying close to the St. Charles Train Station in Marseille. They were both well operated, and good for business and travelers. The St. Charles location could easily be a good location to get around Marseille. I am afraid I do not recommend the town which has trash issues. We did not find this anywhere else in France. The rail station had minimal seating, lots of trash all over the place and on the train lines. If you have to travel through Marseille, stay at the Holiday Inn Express

    A great location for us and nice and clean.

    A great location for us and nice and clean. We were disappointed to be placed in a handicapped room as neither of us is handicapped and we do not need that kind of facility, nor were we asked if we would like to stay in one. We find the "wet room" vs regular shower not to our liking which is our main negative. Plus, we would not want to deny any one who actually needed that facility which we were in and did not need. On the other hand, the breakfast area was open before 6 am which allowed us to have a quick breakfast before our shuttle was to pick us up for an early flight. The shuttle was on time and very helpful. All in all, good value but do need to work on room allocation satisfaction!!!

    Convenient and comfortable place to stay close to Marseilles...

    Convenient and comfortable place to stay close to Marseilles airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. Both the pool and the breakfast were excellent! The hotel shuttle bus was very efficient and picked us up from the airport and returned us promptly and pleasantly!

    When you need an evening and a night o ly, the experience...

    When you need an evening and a night o ly, the experience has to be immediate, there is not another dinner, another breafast, thrrefore you expect from a 4 stars hotel to deliver the best in tetms of commodities, good and service. This was not the case with us at least.

    I've stayed at this hotel before and will again. Its very clean, tidy, and has good facilities (restaurant, gym, pool etc). Staff are really nice and do all they can to support and help (I don't speak French, so this was very much appreciated). The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to work and great access to the airport.

    The room was an adequate size for us with a double bed and pull out bed. The evening meal on the half board rate was perfect for the adults the children's menu was ok but lacked variety. The buffet breakfast was great. The Hotel airport shuttle service was excellent, it even picked us up from the train station to take us to the hotel.

    Wonderful staff, very welcoming and friendly from late arrival to check out. Clean, comfortable, nice decoration, very quiet for an airport hotel, great parking facilities. But mainly the quality of the staff. Sorry I forgot their names I think it was Amif, Elton and a lovely young lady on the late shift.

    We arrived late after train was delayed. We were able to walk from the train station to the hotel which saved us money. A beautiful room and we managed to order some food pizzas were grand. Free shuttle in the morning to the airport all round prefect would stay again
