    Vincennes doesn't have much in the way of tourist sites, but...

    Vincennes doesn't have much in the way of tourist sites, but I was there to work, not to tour. There is a large park nearby and the chateau is certainly worth a visit, which is where I was working (archives). The chateau military library is also quite extensive. But Vincennes has great Metro and ReR connections which makes it easy to get around Paris, and the much cleaner, milder, and less crowded conditions make up for the lack of tourist sites.

    This 2 story apartment feels quite cosy.

    This 2 story apartment feels quite cosy. (Please mind your head walking the stairs....). Entrance and kitchen downstairs, kitchen facilitates everything which is required. The sofa bed in the living room is of poor quality. The 2 bed bedroom features 2 small beds (not appropraite for tall people). Only appropriate bedroom is master bedroom. Host is very kind and eager to assist. Cleanliness could be improved.

    Few steps away from metro.

    Few steps away from metro. 2 Convenient stores near for breakfast and other needs. The place is clean and complete with amenities. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Quiet neghborhood you will feel like a local. It contributes to our great experience while visiting Paris with my family.

    Vincennes is a lovely little gem just outside Paris city...

    Vincennes is a lovely little gem just outside Paris city limits. Its home to a Chateau and a massive park. Prices don't reflect the distance from city centre but if youre looking for a quiet well connected area I would recommend staying here. We found some great places to eat and there are supermarkets too. Everything was walkable or connected by buses and trains.

    There are quite a few option for restaurants around.

    There are quite a few option for restaurants around. And markets to show from. Definitely not a tourist place but friendly local people. Close to large park to some launch if you are taking time off from visiting paris center. It was a best choise to stay where close to RER train to go Disneyland unless you are staying at disneyland hotels.

    A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights.

    A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights. The Chateau of Vincennes is also worth seeing and not on many people’s must do list. Few tourists, no crowds and empty seats when you get on the metro. There is even a movie theatre close by.

    This is the fourth time we have stayed here in the past 12 months. The appartements are well equipped and modern. Staff cannot be more helpful. You are not in central Paris, but Vincennes is super place to wander around. Plenty of good restaurants and shops and great street markets. There is a real buzz about the place. Travel into central Paris could not be easier with Metro and RER stations being a 15 minute walk away. If you come by car there is an excellent under ground car park. All in all a great place to stay.

    This hotel is located very close to Rer station and it is very easy to get to the city centre. Also, I really liked the cleanness of the bedroom and washroom. In the washroom there was a towel warmer which was a very nice bonus. Our flight got cancelled and the hotel was understandng of our situation and didn't charge us for the nights that we didn't get to stay... Overall, I would go back there next time I am in Paris

    The people at reception were helpful and friendly, the rooms generously sized (for Paris), everything was super clean and well maintained, beds comfy and the connection into central Paris as well as Disneyland couldn’t be easier. Vincennes itself is an upscale suburb with lovely shops and restaurants, and a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. the breakfast may be compact but it is really good!

    Cozy, clean, secured and well equipped apartment in Vincennes, only 250 m to metro station Saint-Mandé (line 1, 15-20 minutes to Paris centre)! Quiet area just outside of the "peripherique", safe and cheap parking options, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Chris is a friendly and easily accessible host. Wonderfull stay with 2 children!
