    Beautiful and tranquil medieval French small town with lots of restaurants and art galleries in and around the pedestrianised 'square'. As good as small and beautiful can get in the Var. Great base for a week. Lots of steps and steep roads, though we did see a couple of intrepid wheel-chair users about within family groups. Tourist office has odd opening hours - contact them ahead of time for lots of info.

    The views are to die for!

    The views are to die for! Picturesque little town at walking distance. Lovely grounds around the property. Breakfast was nothing special, although (again) the views from the terrace make up for a lot. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room was starkly furnished, not very luxurious. Pity, because the size was great!

    We had an amazing stay in Tourtour, felt welcome and enjoyed cozy atmosphere of the house and town itself. The rooms (and the sauna!) + kitchen were very well equipped and we loved our time spent in the house. Parking was easy and for free, 5 mins walking from the house. Nice restaurants nearby (literally almost next door).

    Beautiful tranquil location and the outdoor facilities and setting are exceptional. Our hosts were very helpful. The unit was very clean with modern facilities. The bed was comfortable but not quite big enough for us. Loved all the animals on the property and enjoyed being able to do our 20 minute hike up to Tourtour.
