Lovely welcoming reception area and staff. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, towels soft, bed so comfy and everything thought of. Grounds and pool very well cared for. Couldn't fault it at all and would certainly recommend and visit without doubt when next in area.

This was our second visit this year and it was even better! We went for a slightly upgraded room, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. It is great being able to swim outside in a heated pool even at 21:00 in November! The staff were excellent, the food tasty and well presented, and the thermal and spa treatments the cherry on the cake!

An extremely well equipped apartment with mountain views sat above Vernet les Bains. Very warm welcome with everything explained with care. Apartments is very comfortable and of a good size with excellent kitchen and shower room. A balcony to two side looks over the town and onto the mountains. Walk to the village centre takes less than 10 minutes. Markets on Wednesday and Saturday when we stayed.

    Perfect place for discovering the aera and hiking in the Pyrénées. Beautiful hikes. The hosts are super welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed 3 days: waterfalls at Vernet-Les-Bains, hike at Lac de Bouillouses (étangs du Carlit, fantastic), hike to Pic des tres Estelles, Villefranche-de-Conflent.
