    The beaches to the south are long, quiet and have stunning water to swim in. The town has plenty of restaurants to choose from and the food is amazing. Be sure to polish up your French before travelling as it is really appreciated. A car is essential if you wish to explore.

    The terrace had great views. We probably didn’t get the full experience that the hosts would usually give as we booked this an hour before checking in due to another booking that was cancelled when we weee on our way. Hence they weren’t expecting anyone. That said, when we had issues with the internet and air con the host immediately drove up from Porto Vecchio to resolve it which was greatly appreciated. The air con struggled in the heat. Overall comfortable apartment and very responsive host.

    Arrived to find hotel closed but a quick phone call brought the manager who offered us a drink and bottle of water for the room many thanks Martin and Linda Bleackley hope to see you next year

    Apartment is situated in the centre of Solenzara, very close to the beach and marina. Spar is just 100 metres from the apt. The apt is very well equipped, very suitable for 3membered family.
