It starts with the location overlooking the Sauzon coastline in a beautiful spot in nature, continues with facilities such as amazing rental and storage of bikes, then pool, sauna and jacuzzi all set in beautiful settings with crazy views, up until the food which was a real surprise for a 3* hotel. The vegetarian restaurant is really worth it, their dinners tasty and creative and their breakfast really worth the price, the best I had in years, all homemade and delicious. Great presentation, plenty space, also outdoors. Finally, the staff - both at the hotel and the restaurant were exceptional. Not used to such level of warmth and professionalism in France. Will definitely be back!

Very nice host. Simple but comfortable room and spacious bathroom, perfectly clean. There is a large garden around the house that you can use to relax. The breakfast is very good. There guesthouse has a restaurant, which is good because it is close to the Pointe des Poulains and a bit remote from Sauzon village ( 30 minutes walk).

A very comfortable room with a view overlooking the port of Le Palais. Beautifully decorated through out the hotel. Modern shower room. In a quiet location. An exceptional breakfast, with mainly organic , local produce. Plenty of variety each day. The staff were helpful and friendly. 10 minute walk to port and all commerces. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

    Fantastic breakfast with lovely homemade additions and different fresh fruit juice combinations every day. We also loved the bread! We received very helpful advice about different areas of the Island for coastal walks and really enjoyed the one from the house to the lighthouse and beyond to complete the loop back. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great views over the marina and Sauzon. It was lovely to be able to stay in such a fantastic property! Merci Perrine et Nicolas.

    The location is beautiful probably the nicest placed hotel on the island. The pool is lovely and the general surroundings both inside and out are clean and tidy and very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms although compact were clean and the bed was comfortable with good-quality linen. The shower was unusual but very good with lots of pressure. There are some really super restaurants and places for breakfast nearby.

    Sauzon is a beautiful part of a lovely island and Villa Pen Prad is a very high quality b&b with a homely feel, lovely garden and lounge area and spacious, light rooms with spectacular views. Nicolas was very kind in helping me find my way round the island with a bike to hire, taxis and buses. I was lucky enough to catch a festival there in the port so the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommend.

    The property is very charming and very nicely decorated inside. The location is fabulous, right on the quayside and right next to Sauzon’s bars and restaurants. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed and it was great to have a big basement with washer and dryer and a place to store our stuff.

    The location of the house is ideal, a mere 10-minute walk from the harbour of Sauzon, the cutest village of Belle-ile. The house itself is spacious, luminous and comfortable, and there are many facilities (kitchen with kettle, coffee machine and oven; hairdryer; hangers; ironing board...)
