The staffs on the day shift and late were very helpful. They helped us in locating our routes. When their charging system did not work with our mobile charger. We were assisted with a charger by the late shift lady. I can't remember their names, but that was very thoughtful of them.

We've arrived really late to the hotel, about 2pm at night. The auto-check im machine wasn't working. However the security guy was tirelessly tried to fix the machine. After an hour he managed to fix it, even though it wasn't his job. We were very pleased with this.

    I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

    Good location. Rooms are clean. Breakfast are below expectations. If you arrive bit late you would get half of the breakfast missing and glasses were too smelly I think washing them with left over eggs.An average hotel with very good location as metro on the doorstep.

    Visiting SIAL 2024 Exhibition, the journey from hotel to SIAL takes approx. 45 Min. by public transport, the center of Paris is approx. 30 Min. by underground, which station is near to the B&B Hotel. Mornings are mostly medium quality dishes, so-called continental breakfast can be found in the restaurant at the ground-floor.

    GOGLE IT , DO NOT TAKE MY WORD.

    GOGLE IT , DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. Saint Denis is the most dangerous neighborhood in the whole COUNTRY . We got robbed 50 meters from the Hotel. We were tried to be mugged , the very next day , AT THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL by two guys on a scooter. It is so dangerous that you can not use public transportation , you need to use UBER to be safe, which makes 80 DOLLARS PER DAY MORE EXPENSIVE YOUR STAY ( 40 to leave, 40 to return ) . JUST RENT IN A BETTER AREA, even if it is a bit more expensive, at the end , it will resut cheaper....

    St Denis is ok,my friends and I wanted to see Paris and that was good, the hotel was great and ST Denis was good only that if you like hanging out late this would be a good choice,places close before 12 mid night.

    There were several things that left a strong impression on us: a) the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to offer advice on anything a foreign traveller might need when first time in Paris; b) although the hotel is next to the busy motorway, and our room had two windows facing it, the fact that windows on that side are twinned double-glazed ones almost no sound penetrated room(!!)

    Beautiful and very suitable for our group of 4, the host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages/calls. Saint Denis gets a bad rep, still be careful but I felt more safe in Saint Denis than in central Paris. Great location to Paris (around an hour on public transport or €28 euros on an uber). Would highly recommend. The facilities were great, anything you could possibly need was in the apartment

    Good contact and communication. Good situation at about 15-20 minutes walk from the Stade de France and 10 minutes to the RER D and B to go to Paris Centre. No problem even late in the evening and for a car. Nice and calm apartment with all needed. Check-in/out time very convenient.
