Laruns is a charming village in the Ossau valley.
Laruns is a charming village in the Ossau valley. It's an ideal base for exploring the Béarn area of the Pyrenees, and a centre for many outdoor activities, and has a good selection of eateries. The central location was excellent, although parking was a little way away in a public but free car park. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a desk was helpful. I was able to walk out of the door and be in pleasant out of town surroundings within a few minutes.
