Outstanding professionality and friendliness of staff, both in the Hotel and in the adjacent Vesuvio restaurant at all times. I had breakfast in the Vesuvio regularly and went there twice for dinner.

Everything was absolutely great about Auberge Des Chasseurs. Hotel and restaurant is run by the family and you can really feel this as service and quality is outstanding. Room was very nice with a view on horses and mountains in the distance. It is extremely peaceful and calm. Driving distance to Geneva is only 25 minutes. Restaurant is excellent and really enjoyed the meals there. Breakfast also was very nice with option to have also for eggs to be made on the spot. Generally it was a 10/10 experience and definitely will come back!

    People should come to Lajoux to relax and get away from city life. You can enjoy nature and the environment is perfect for biking and hiking the slopes of the Jura mountains. Furthermore the village venues one of the very best cheese producers of the region: Marcel Petite. This cheese farm produces cheeses like Comté, Morbier and Tomme.
