    The room and beds were beautifully presented and all set to meet our requirements. The staff were super helpful and friendly and were a credit to the hotel. Love the SPA and restaurant in the evening.

    It was a one night stay in Versaille to visit the palace and...

    It was a one night stay in Versaille to visit the palace and see the night show in the gardens. We spent little time there and left earlier than planned for our flight the next day. Very unappealing on the outside. Sent 2 messages that were never answered. The space itself was small but clean. And neighbors were noisy. I would not return.

    The place is amazing. But also has its flaws. Service in the restaurant was questionable, our reservation was lost and we waited for 30 minutes to be served by a waiter. The food is great. Breakfast really impressed us. The hotel stay does cost its money. Room was clean and well organized. The spa is 6/10. Hammam and sauce are not hot enough, so you have to stay in them longer than usual.
