    A stunning chateau with amazing views run by very charming hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would highly recommend a stay at the chateau for anyone looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful scenery.

    Wonderful building having been in same family for many...

    Wonderful building having been in same family for many generations. Peaceful, mainly sounds of the birds. We were able to walk down to the river. Fantastic breakfast on terrace. Guest kitchen with all amenities. Only downside was that bathroom was tired looking, but fully functional.

    The room was very large, the bed long and comfy, the environment peaceful. The family couldn't be more accommodating, and you have access to a fridge, a freezer, cooking facilities. Several different places to sit outside mean you have a choice of brilliant views, and we were also serenaded by a cuckoo several times. Visiting the nearby Roman baths was a great trip, although finding a restaurant open, as well as good value and within a reasonable distance proved a challenge in May.
