This is very much a self service hotel, there is no interaction with staff. Self check-in with key left in box outside. Self check-out, just drop the key in the box beside reception. Reception is closed most of the time. In fact, there is no reception really. The hotel is comfortable and clean but not the high standard that I have come to expect in Finland.
