This is a real gem. Absolutely the best we experienced on our trip to Portugal so far. La Casa del Organista is located in a historic center which is one of its kind. We were amazed how thoughtful the house was renovated. Our room with balcony was quiet with great views. The bathroom was so nice and clean that we almost didn’t want to use it.The bedlinen was of finest quality and the mattress heavenly. One more highlight in the morning was the breakfast prepared by our host personally. No lack of anything. Best products of the region and a great coffee. The privat parking behind the hotel was also very convenient. Thanks for this beautiful stay Best regards Agnes and Michael

    We stopped at the hotel on our way to Arrasate. The place is nice and clean, besides there was a wonderful playground 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only gripe was that I couldn't turn the central heating down. I tried two ways, but in the end had to sleep with the window open. P.S. I still can't get used to Spanish eating habits, the dinner was served from 20 00, which was way to late for my 3 year old son 🙃

    Easy to find and ideal for getting to ferry. we were able to park egg inside the hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower. Really liked the bar with lots of friendly locals. We also enjoyed a good value 3 course meal in the restaurant.

    The breakfast was fantastic, a very wide variety of food, loved the local Chorizo. The hotel was in a great place to get to the ferry from. Gonzalo was more than helpful when we had to ring him as we managed to get ourselves lost

    We like the location only 20 minutes from Santander. A hotel visited by plenty of locals giving the bar a great atmosphere. Shame access to a river walk is currently out of use.
