    We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino.

    We only stayed a night because we were on the Camino. We would have wanted to stay longer, the city had many historic places and old churches, but a many were closed (we were there on a Sunday). There was a farmer's market which had many interesting artisanal food. The cafes were bustling - we only had time for churros con chocolate (where we ordered double because it was sooo good) - but there were many food places - bakeries, pastry shops, cheese, jamon, and everything in between. Would love to come back and spend more time in this beautiful city. The city was bounded by mini forests which was a joy to traverse, with the trail dotted by chestnuts.

    While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide.

    While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide. We loved the food especially the octopus at Garnacha. Additionally, we enjoyed visiting St. Anthony Chapel. There are many stores should you need to pickup supplies on your Camino route.

    Small family run hotel that's near the Camino. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy and clean. It's a little dated but comfortable, and we slept well. Food for dinner was great, fresh vegetable soup followed by streak and potatoes, dessert, and wine. All for a pilgrims price of 12 euro. A comfortable stay with extra comforts for pilgrims who want a little more than a dorm.

    Spacious apartment with room to sleep 4 people. Great hob ( we cooked that night as Melide not great for vegan options) and washing machine always welcome. When our bag pickup was delayed, our host paid for a taxi delivery 👍. Bright and clean. Great central location.

    Mónica and Adrian were so friendly and helpful when i needed it, they brought my to the hospital and drove me around but it was their personalities that makes me feel smile again after a hard day. Also the hotel itself is nice, clean, great breakfast.

    The hotel has a pool and onsite cafe. The building has elevator and wide staircases compared to there facilities I stayed along the Camino de Santiago.
