The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped including a washing machine, large smart TV and Wi-Fi. It had the bonus of air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout which with the weather in August was extremely useful! The location was fantastic for the fiesta, train station, municipal swimming pool, restaurants and supermarket. Jair was a pleasure to deal with and the welcome package was appreciated. We’d love to visit again. Highly recommended.

The staff at Maison Marineta could not be more kind and welcoming. They do everything they can to make your stay memorable in all the right ways. The beds and pillows are unbelievably comfortable, the air conditioning works really well, there is lots of hot water and a powerful shower, as well as little extras like L'Occitane products and a defogging mirror! The breakfast is fresh and varied, with fabulous pastries, housemade tortilla, fruit, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, cereals, fresh-squeezed orange juice, made to order eggs, and excellent coffee. There is lots of seating on several terraces, great for breakfast or an afternoon coffee or drink. The pool is just for cooling off but it is on a lovely terrace with lots of loungers and a great view of the port. The honour bar is nice if you want a quick beverage or snack, with prices that are less than elsewhere. We are delighted to have found this beautiful little hotel.

"what a wonderful hotel, what a beautiful room, what an excellent breakfast, what a wonderful Host, what a delicious dinner!!" This is what I kept repeating throughout my stay. If you pass through Denia, stay here. You won't regret it. Super rating for Host Birhinia: friendly, elegant, professional and affectionate. Review on behalf of my parents who were there for a funeral. During a sensitive time they felt very supported by the staff: "Firstly, the hotel smelt amazing. Secondly, the receptionists are absolutely fantastic, professional, warm and accommodating. As was the woman who oversaw breakfast, and the food variety was excellent."

    It seems to be the only hotel in Gata de Gorgos, a village not far from Denia and Javea. There is a tram stop. Most visitors seem to stay here because of the very reasonable prices and the easy commute. The village is very authentic and the gorge is beautiful. Rooms are standard.
