    I really enjoyed the Volkswagen factory tour.

    I really enjoyed the Volkswagen factory tour. It was very interesting to see how the cars are produced. It was 10 euro to do the one hour factory tour .Probably better to check for an English language tour when you book on line. There is an interesting motor museum on the grounds at the autostadt with cars from all different makes and decades from the first car to modern ones. There are plenty of places to eat on the Autostadt Vw area and are not over priced either . The only thing that was disappointing were the two gift shops.I was expecting some cool Vw merchandise but was sadly left disappointed. Vw could do a lot lot better of this . Overall Wolfsburg is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. It might be best to spend at least two day to take it all in and visit other interesting places here. Very safe to walk about and very clean.

    The Castle, the Autostad City Center and the Science Center.

    The Castle, the Autostad City Center and the Science Center. Nice view of the river and surroundings. Lots of greenery places, easy access to the center, cleanliness. Beautifull Castle and park around The Castle. Museum Volkswagen.

    I got lost by my own fault but actually ended up at the VW...

    I got lost by my own fault but actually ended up at the VW factory that I wanted to see so my mistake turned out to be a positive adventure. The place I stayed had a very nice and clean neighborhood with easy walking terrain. At least 90% of the vehicles I saw on my 1 hour walk were VW's. I am sure it is because of the VW manufacturing plant there, haha. I stayed in Neindorf and there are no grocery stores there so you must drive, or take the buts one town up towards Wolfsburg.

    Visited the VW Autostadt on a Sunday in September during...

    Visited the VW Autostadt on a Sunday in September during Covid-19 restrictions. As a VW fan, my visit was interesting - but lacked the factory tour, e-car drive and other things which were not available on the day. I'd recommend you try to arrange a day when you can do everything to make it really worth while. I didn't do anything else in Wolfsberg.

    The hotel is near a department store (Aldi) and if You want to visit the Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg, then this is just a few minutes away. The host was very friendly and called me right away after booking to tell me how to come to the hotel and how to check-in. Private parking for free inside the hotel’s garden behind the hotel was a huge bonus.

    Quality hotel at a reasonable price - really impressed that the minibar was free. Bar food was good quality and well priced. Pity we only had one night there as a stopover en route to Berlin. Unfortunately, our reason for choosing Wolfsburg proved unsuccessful as the VW Museum was closed due to flood damage (not the hotel's fault obviously)

    We were moved to the hotel right opposite of WB Centrum. No problem at all. Same grade hotel. Great location for visiting Autostadt. Great breakfest, all conditions clearly described on Booking. No surprises. Free umbrellas available on the reception.
