Very clean premises well maintained, very helpful and professional reception staff, easy check in nad check out. We went to Karlsruhe for the AC/DC concert and accidentally booked this hotel. We arrived late at night, but there was no issue, the hotel had already provided us with everything we needed before hand. Room was clean and quiet beds were very good. Parking was full, but we parked on the street and we had no problem neither had to pay.

We did not plan to go here but were stranded because our car stopped charging at the (nearby) Ionity fast charger. Leo (reception) was really thoughtful about our travel options and really helped us out. He truly understood my frustrations (with the car, not with the hotel) and even offered my a free beer to cool down a bit. Very friendly staff.

Very convenient location. We stopped to have a sleepover before getting further to France. Very clean, comfortable bed and mattress, great shower, accepting pets. What else you could wish for? P.s. there is a big fenced dog park behind the hotel. We played with our dogs before going on the road and it was very useful for us.

Half way point to our ski holiday destination. Very good value for money. Despite being a motorway hotel, 150m to the busy A5, no noise in the room. Room was functional and clean, staff friendly. Our Family Room (2 single plus a bunk bed) exceeded expectations on size.

I remember the old Hotel Forst from the 90ies when I was a little boy. It’s nowhere like that anymore. It’s very clean, had a good night and the breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. Very convenient is the 24/7 check-in machine on the outside of the complex.
