Perfect for an overnight stop during a long drive. It has everything you need. Good TV and WiFi, comfortable bed. Everything was clean. It was surprisingly quiet during my stay. Unlocking the door worked perfectly. Conveniently located just off the A61. Coffee and snacks available at nearby gas station.

    Its a small town with lots of old building charm and some...

    Its a small town with lots of old building charm and some old fashioned shops that felt like you were travelling back in time (in a good way). Perfect place for an overnight stopover (which we have done twice now) on our way south to Bavaria, although this wine region is pretty and worth a longer stay. Highly recommend the small family run Italian restaurant opposite the Edeka supermarket (Pizzeria Terranova), really good, honest Italian food and good value too.

    This hotel exceeded our expectations, friendly staff, very modern good size room and shower room, spotlessly clean. Free parking in front of the hotel. There is a coffee making station along the hall, very useful after a long journey. The vegan evening meal was lovely (try one of the local wines) and so was the breakfast with lots of choices. The bed was big and comfortable and it was very quiet at night, we slept well. The hotel is surrounded by vineyards and we took a little walk up along to admire the views. Would like to stay there again!

    Absolutely brilliant breakfast in typical German style with fresh rolls, fruit, various meats, cheese and eggs the way we like them. The restaurant serves great, beautifully cooked food and the staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is also a winery so you can drink their wines and buy bottles very competitively to take home. We traveled with dogs and there is plenty of walking in the vineyards around the village. Definitely will be returning here.

    Staff was very accomodating, as we booked last-minute and they checked us in late in the evening. While the app made us book the 2-room suite for 2 adults and a baby since we wouldn't fit on a normal room, the staff was apologetic and they offered courtesy breakfast and a wine. The hotel is in a very cozy old house and they offer great dining and have their own winery which you can visit.

    Very pleasant, modern, clean hotel, beautifully situated in the wine hills. Hotel serves its own wines. Hiking trails nearby. Kitchen is completely vegan. Especially the breakfast is very good (a surprise for non-vegans).
