Seriously, this is an amazing location. If you stay there, splash out and get the accommodation with river view. Very comfortable bed and stylishly decorated room. Staff friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the pool table in the main area. Would definitely recommend.

The food is one of the absolute best options in san agustin, especially for the proce. Homade pasta and ice cream! Select premium steaks and fish. Fresh local veggies, and suuuuuuper comfortable sheets. Probably the best sheets in all of huila honestly. And the gardens/ atmosphere is perfect. I could live here for months!

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The dining room is very elegant and comfortable, with an open fire. Staff excellent. The whole complex was so beautiful and to the high standard. Our host engages with everybody.

Huaka-yo is set in pristine jungle scenery, so quiet and restful, a real chance to relax and rejuvenate. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and happy. I was woken to the sound of bird song and saw many different species. My en suite room was spacious with everything I needed. 250m from San Agustin Archaeological Park. The park is absolutely amazing with the most wonderful statues & tombs. An absolute must for anyone in this area.

I came to stay for a few nights and stayed for ten... I love this place. The views of the mountains are perfect, there are many birds around, it is very quiet and clean, you can make coffee or tea. Decent wifi. Nice dog. Sebastian, the manager, is very friendly and will go out of his way to help you if you need something.

This accommodation is located in beautiful calm surroundings. It is walking distance from both the Archaeological Park and the centre. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, with private bathroom and lovely hot showers ( much needed after days of hiking & exploring). The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. He even gave me a lift to the centre on his motorbike. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for your stay in San Agustin. One of the best places I've stayed at in Colombia.
