They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

As soon as we had arrived, the receptionist brought us glasses of cold, fresh orange juice. She also started organizing us field trips and booked a guide to tell more about the trips. Within an hour after our arrival, we had field trips ready to start. And all the people serving us in those trips were professionals and friendly. When we returned from our second trip (day + night in the rainforest), she prepared us a tasty breakfast.

A modern, new hotel with very clean and beautiful rooms. The hotel team is very friendly and helps to organize and book Amazon tours. The stay was a unique experience that we will never forget! Thank you very much 😀

Absolutely everything. We wanted to have some time off from the world, in nature, and that’s what we got. The little houses are divided in two (at least most of those I noticed) and provide a wonderful seclusion from the road noise. The hotel is some 15-20 minutes from the airport. The host, Alex, is one of the warmest and most hospitable property owners I’ve dealt with. My husband and I both understand Spanish but speak a little and Alex and his wife Liliana did everything to understand us and meet our needs. The food was exceptionally tasty. There were different types of beer. The room was clean. We had the necessary amenities. The only catch was that we didn’t know that in this part of Colombia, there’s no hot water from the shower, but that was fine as the lukewarm-coldish was endurable and fine. I want to thank Alex and his team for wonderful welcome, assistance in booking trips that were perfect for us and for a little excursion he organised for us to go to Brazil as there was a local festival going on.

You can be GAVA's family! GAVA's was so comfortable hotel for me. Room was crean and had new model air controler. And hotel family were so friendly! They will help you if you tell them your probrem. Prease don't worry about English cominucation with them because they have transration application in their phones. Just one point, hotel GAVA's amazones plasing little bit far from city center so almost taxi driver don't know where it is. You should tell taxi driver "GAVA's amazones restaurant in barrio costa rica when you ahead to this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

Very clean and nicely decorated paying attention to details. Amazing experience on the water. Very friendly staff. Helped to organize a private full day tour with great guides. Dinners were super tasty!!

Everything was good. Staff, room location breakfast. Near Santander Park, where parakeets party at dusk every day. I left a bag there when I went to Puerto Nariño.

The hosts are really nice and helpful. The room was clean and has AC. The location is not in the center of Leticia but can be easily reached by taxi, tuc-tuc ou mototaxi from the Airport or the town. I recommand 100% :)

By the way, what attracted me to this hotel in the first place was the fact that they left bowls with food and water for the street dogs. I thought to myself that such a hotel must be an outstanding hotel, and indeed I was right. A very High class hotel with prices of an economical one. Your buck goes a long way in terms of: location quality, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, staff and free internet. From the moment you enter you feel luxury, the staff is amazing!! And it is clear that the hotel has a very high standarts of service, the staff really goes out of their way to give you the best experience, and it is clear that the guest's satisfaction is the top priority of the staff. It starts from Galiana at the reception. Carlos - in the dining room Elisabel - the coffee queen... And most of all the manager, Ishmael - What a charming guy, humble, full of kindness, personal charm and willingness to help. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and felt like family. Besides the great attitude, the hotel is beautiful, the service consciousness is very high, the rooms were also large, spacious and clean, and well equipped. There are two wonderful pools. Excellent restaurants - where there is a variety of food and exquisite service. The hotel is in a superb location; 10 minutes drive from the airport, and close to the city center - to all restaurants, travel agencies, shops, and in front of a bank, where there is also an ATM machine. In short, an unforgettable experience. And to top it all off, since we missed a flight, and had to purchase new plane tickets for the next evening - they allowed us to check out in the evening at no extra cost. There are many pictures I took on this trip, but the one that is closest to my heart is the one where I took a picture with the manager, Ishmael. Highly recommend!!!
