I had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel. Located in a peaceful corner of Hanqiyu, this charming guesthouse offers an exceptional escape into nature—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hotel earned an outstanding overall rating of 9.8/10, with perfect 10s for staff, comfort, and value for money, which perfectly reflects how I felt during my stay . What made my visit truly special was the wonderful hospitality of the husband-and-wife owners, who not only ran the hotel but also had a lovely jewelry shop right next door. Their warm welcome, helpful suggestions about local attractions, and thoughtful touches (like helpful WeChat support and a personalized map) made me feel genuinely cared for and at home . Richard is the best. He gave me instructions for everything and even had a plan to still enjoy the national park, if it’s raining/cloudy all day. 5-10min walk to the entrance of the park.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations – we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

Mountain side was a fantastic base for our family, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable, away from bright lights and noise to wind down after spending all day out exploring Zhangjiejie National park and Tianmen mountain. Amazing mountain view, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was welcoming and kind, and helped us to plan and book our entire itinerary throughout the Zhangjiajie parks. The restaurant food was good too - the local dishes were to our taste (the hotel was able to customise them to our preferences, i.e. less spice). We had a great experience staying here.
