The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere.
