We stayed at the hotel for only a short time, but it was enough to have a truly positive experience. First and foremost, our check-in had to be done at 10 PM due to a significant delay with Bahamasair. The front desk staff - DAVRIAN - warmly welcomed us and even arranged for a pizza since we were starving. At checkout, they provided us with fresh fruit, even though breakfast service hadn’t started yet. The hotel offers airport transfers and rides to other areas of Nassau at a very reasonable price. While the building and furniture are a bit dated, this actually adds a certain charm to the hotel. Throughout our stay, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend the Ocean West Boutique Hotel!

Our room was beautiful, lovely wooden floor and a huge balcony. Chris met us on arrival and checked us in and he couldn't have been more heplful to us. We were having difficultly with our phones and he very kindly contacted the driver who was to pick us up the next day for a day trip , to confirm the pick up time. We met Shanique the following day and she was just as kind and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment was great — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But what truly made our trip special was the host. He was absolutely wonderful — always in touch, genuinely caring about how we were doing, and ready to help with anything. He gave us great local tips and even helped us arrange a car rental, which made our trip so much easier. Thanks to him, we discovered places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Everything was just perfect, and we’d love to come back again someday!

Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the airport. My Host offered to come and pick up at the airport, he told me taxi was very expensive. The host really , amazing, he took me to the supermarket and around town for shopping. The room had everything you can ask for, you can have your meal in the room. I will stay here again next time

I arranged accommodation for teaching staff who required an overnight stay while traveling to an outlying island for a university field course. Although the flight into Nassau experienced significant delays and arrived late in the evening, the Bell staff responded promptly by sending two shuttles to the airport to collect everyone at once, which was greatly appreciated. The staff reported that both the accommodation and service were exceptional, and as a result, we would be delighted to utilize Bell Suites for future trips.
