The contact with nature is truly amazing — the resort’s surroundings make you feel immersed in a peaceful, natural environment. The pools are also very enjoyable, perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly, which made a real difference throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ray at reception, who was outstanding and managed to turn around a situation that could’ve negatively impacted our experience. The food was also of good quality and very tasty.
