The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

It’s a great hotel with excellent service. Staff is amazing, breakfast is amazing with a variety of food. Some products are local and very tasty. There is a spa area and an amazing outside swimming pool.

What was there not to like! The staff was excellent. When we arrived the staff made the check in experience a delight with coffee and a map with all the sites around Plovdiv to see. The Villa Flavia was built upon the baths for the Roman athletes who had just fought in the gladiator games and the charioteers. The staff gave us a tour of the ruins of these baths including the hypocaust that heated these baths. The aqueducts for the water in ancient Plovdiv (Philippopolis) came from over 30k away. It was all very interesting and included a 10 minute video. The breakfasts every morning were amazing! You had several options to choose from and also included a buffet one morning when there were more guests. The rooms were very clean with a wonderful bathroom which had a very nice large shower with plenty of hot water. The views from the room were spectacular. All in all it was a very nice stay and we shall be back again. Best hotel experience in about 8yrs.

The best hotel of our trip. Spacious comfortable well equipped rooms. Everything in the hotel is built and arranged to make it silent and pleasant. The recpetion staff was friendly and efficient especially Konstandin.

The restaurant apart of the hotel was amazing. Great food and drinks. Gym facilities were perfect for a 1 night stay The rooms were excellent. very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an amazing variety selection.

We loved the size of the rooms. Very comfortable sofa. There was more than enough space for our luggage, We enjoyed also the balcony with the beautiful view toward Plovdiv. The breakfast wasn't enormous but it was enough.
