It was wonderful stay. More than my expectation. The staff was helpful , smile and friendly. The food was delicious , very well presented and many variety. Spa zone was cozy and really calming, I made a relaxing massage , was also great. I really enjoyed the aquatonic pool and infra-Red lamps.I really recommend this place . Small, peaceful place.

    A closed complex with multiple parking zones that vary by price. There is free transport to certain points of the complex, as well as options to get a taxi or rent a bike. There are different (paid) activities that can be done - tennis, football, mini golf, swimming, bikes, carts and many more. It also has a fair selection of different hotels suited for different types of people and what they are looking for. Most hotels have reserved spots on the beaches included in the price, but there are occasional free zones as well.

    The beach is very nice and cleen

    The beach is very nice and cleen I stayed at Flamingo Grand Hotel fot 7 nights And that was ok.but the staff should have smiie more. Thei make very good pizza all over the place. It is easy to travel around Albena For me was very nice to go to Varna and Dobrich.

    The resort is beautiful, clean, quiet, suitable for families with children. Hotels close to the beach, with varied facilities and appropriate prices, generally competitive. Large and clean beach, with fine sand and many sun loungers with umbrellas.

    It's an excellent hotel in Albena, Bulgaria (EU). Everything was fantastic. My family (wife and grandchildren) would select it again the following time we went to Albena. It has a lovely setting, excellent service, and pleasant staff—a great value for money. There is a fantastic beach and pools. The restaurant and bars are first-class. The food and beverages were outstanding. The room was comfy. The resort is really easy to access. And it is very secure. I suggest it. Thank you!

    Albena is expensive compared to othe beach resorts in Bulgaria, but we knew about this and came because it has probably one of the best beaches in Bulgaria. Apart from the hotel, we had meals in the Kaliopa Restaurant and the Nomad Beach Club. Both were very good.

    Gergana complex located right on the beachfront, next to Baltata national reserve providing beautiful view,with spotlessly clean and modern rooms, with so friendly and helpful staff, with facilities that are perfectly organised by obviously real professionals, (bid enough pool,huge own beach,outside bars, lobby bar,restaurant inside or outside with huge variety of food choices that all this were never overcrowded ) gave us the best moments of our summer holiday! Such a beautiful place! Highly recommended!

    Proper 5 star hotel with direct beach access. 1st quality food cooked by proffesional chef. Room very clean, very comfortable bed. Indoor spa, pool sauna are included, very nice for beginning of May. Staff very well trained, professional and helpfull. Bonus: for the paid parking (10 leva per day at the reception) you get free access in Albena resort, free underground parking at the hotel (if available), and, in my case, I got free EV charging, available are 380 and 220 V sockets.

    The staff is very kind, the cleanliness is done properly and the hotel is well located to the points of interest, right in the center of the resort, near the promenade street. There are many restaurants and entertainment places nearby, the beach is a 2-minutes walk and the sea can be seen only from the upper floors. The food is better than many other hotels in Albena, but it`s somewhat repetitive.

    The breakfast was so fresh and with quality products. The rooms are designed by a designer, so beautiful! Wonderful terrace with fresh flowers and incredible design! I enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool every day, after beach. Tsonko and Georgi made us feel at home! Thank you! We really enjoyed your place and the hospitality!

    The best thing about this hotel is the location, on the beach. It is hard to beat this. The food is good, you can't complain. Good variety. They have a pool which is nice, the sunbeds are included in the price which is great but for the first two rows of sunbeds you have to pay. The asian staff is really nice.
