The hotel has new installations, very fresh and comfortable. It has all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. The team is very friendly, educated and willing to help any time! I got a lot of tips from the lady in the front desk that helped me to visit the most beautiful places in Mechelen. Very close to the train station, only 10 min walking! You can reach the city center in 15 min by walk :) free coffee, tea and water any time in the main lobby.

Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.

What I liked most: The 24-hour staff service was very friendly and provided clear answers to all my questions. The hotel is conveniently located just across from the departure hall, only a 1-minute walk away. It’s incredibly convenient for layovers and transits. The environment was also very quiet.

    I stayed on business for one night so it is not fair to compare, but host, property and facilities where excellent and I would stay there before staying at a hotel whilst on business. If I was on holiday in the area, it would be a great base with everything you need, I would not hesitate to book.
