    We loved the whole stay, the owners Rosie and Paul are wonderful plenty of wood every morning and breakfast for four days, there was plenty of entertainment to keep you busy and very friendly Hudson, recommend to anyone rustic and very comfy. The only thing missing was a dust pan.

    Rustic cottage, had all the basic necessities. If you are looking for a getaway for family and friends , this was perfect. Close enough to get supplies, quiet enough from all the hussle and bussle of city life. The wineries just a short drive away

    Went to a great small winery that was exceptional called Elbourne Estate, you can have a picnic on their beautiful grounds and enjoy the views whilst you try their amazing wines. So relaxed and casual which we loved

    The serenity of the location was wonderful.

    The serenity of the location was wonderful. The views are just beautiful. So many things to do and see I wish I had more time there. It is far enough away from city centres to be away from everything yet close enough to go for a short drive to major stores.

    How to rate Vine Hill as on booking.com it says it’s 3 1/2...

    How to rate Vine Hill as on booking.com it says it’s 3 1/2 stars which says it’s four stars it certainly a long way behind ridges for half a star for the price for the night. It wasn’t too bad however it was very rundown and probably not a place I’d recommend.

    This location is easily accessed either by the motorway or the back street. Approximately 15 minutes from Kurri Kurri and Cessnock. Breakfast supplies were more than generous. Milk, eggs, bacon, orange juice and teas and coffee. You can also experience the Australian bush sitting on the back balcony. Some kangaroos even greeted us on the road as we were arriving. The cabin is very well appointed and good value for money. The bed is comfortable with lovely linen. The whole cabin was spotless. You can cook in the Kitchen, as I did, it has everything you need. In my opinion, give Lovedale Cottages preference if looking in that area. In the cabin itself there are many brochures, on what is available in the area, there are spectacular wineries just up the road.

    Beautifully presented and perfect for our group of 3 couples. Location was perfect to attend Lovedale Long Lunch, as we could walk to first winery. Fabulous hosts that were available to a see any questions. The location is so picturesque and so cosy in cold weather. The beds were absolutely amazing and we are now sourcing the mattresses. There is nothing I would change about this property. will definitely return

    The Lovedale Cottages was great! Rosie and Paul are great hosts, the cottage has everything we needed to spend a lovely and cozy weekend. The breakfast pumper was perfect! And we also use the tennis court which was lots of fun!

    The house was perfect size and layout for our extended family group. The kids had space to run and play. The location was perfect for a wedding we attended and then for visiting wineries and the Hunter Valley Gardens.
