It was a good place to stay, with a value for money room that was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and the food at the pub was great and a really good price. Parking was available onsite or on the street. Easy access to local sporting facilities and hunter valley.

The accommodation was perfect for us. Only one night for us to attend an event nearby and catch up with family. The price was right and we have no complaints. Clean, comfortable and quiet. All we needed. Tea & Coffee provided.

Just a nice quiet peaceful spot. Loved the artwork and murals on all the buildings and the giant kookaburra and bronze coal miners and horse. Safe to walk to hotel for dinner.

Surprisingly nice stopover in an old country town that has had its main street tastefully rebuilt. Two historic hotels and a coffee shop.
