Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !

Perfect place to visit Innsbruck and the areas around it. The owner is fantastic, as are all personnel. They were extremely helpful providing instructions and suggestions to visit places around. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. You can visit a small village within walking distance where you can find places to eat and walk. Easy parking in the area of the hotel and great surroundings! We loved everything! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was conveniently located with short walking distance to the buses which ran regularly and it was a quick 15/20 min journey to the middle of Innsbruck. The dining area was lovely and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on offer each morning and we preferred to eat dinner here each night too. The staff were absolutely exceptional, particularly Andy who remembered small details and really made our trip special. We will most certainly be staying here again when we return to Innsbruck!

This place was BEAUTIFUL. The room was amazing and the view was honestly BREATHTAKING. Large spacious rooms with an amazing bathroom with huge bath tub. The balcony view was beautiful and lots of room on the balcony to sit and enjoy. Breakfast was very yummy with lots of options including freshly made egg dishes at your request and lots of buffet style foods, breads and cereals. We ate restaurant food and had it in our room as we had travelled very far that day and the food from the restaurant was sooooo tasty. The staff were very friendly. I will return and highly recommend staying.

    We received big appartment with our 2 kids. We thought of staying in modern part of the hotel as we see it in the advertesiment, but we stayed in old style rooms. But we liked it as it was two very big rooms appartment. Breakfast was also very nice and included local foods. Coffee was really good. We liked the around and a wonderful mountain view in the morning.

    Was ok but we didn’t stay in the modern block that appears as the main ‘hook’ images, rather the more traditional main hotel. It was quite nice if a little dated but quite groovy. Big room, excellent parking nice outside terrace area. Mini bar prices a little high and no free water in the room. Generally ok.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommended for both families and business travelers.
