We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. Location was very central, hotel room well equipped and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was nicely decorated with antique furniture, the bed was very comfortable and since the room was facing the internal courtyard, it was very quiet. The bathroom was super clean. The breakfast and hospitality from the owner are outstanding.

For all who don’t expect a luxury hotel (which wouldn’t be possible at this price), SESIL is a perfect choice. Clean rooms, all new. Bathroom top, hot water. Very good mattress, fine bed linen. Breakfast included and individually prepared and varying. Can be preordered earlier as usual in Gyumri. Hovhannes is always ready to help.

Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.

Great location, great staff, the hotel is new and extremely clean! The lobby is big and very comfortable! Breakfast is good, difficult to say that it is amazingly delicious but for me it was completely satisfied!
