Comfortable, clean and the room smelled super nice! The host Vahe was very friendly and welcoming, he helped us a lot and even gave us lots of recommendations of what to see during our trip.

The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use.
