The hotel is in like new condition, very high grand ceilings and very nicely decorated. The rooms are at the perfect size with opening windows so you can stand and enjoy the breeze and view of the city and mountains. The bed was excellent for my taste, firm. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Breakfast offered some local Armenian and European cuisine. The hotel is just a block away from the Metro which costs just 100 Dram ($0.30) each trip, so you can save yourself money by staying a little bit out of the city center. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

A cozy room with air conditioning, just like in the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good! Honey cake ❤️😍🤌 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. The airport transfer was also fine, I arrived late at night, and they were waiting for me at the airport with a sign. Thank you for a peaceful stay! I definitely recommend this place.

An extremely nice and modern hotel. Good location, close to both the city center and the airport. The entrance is easy to find. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and when at some point the Wi-Fi was not working they fixed it soon. The room was spacious and clean, with all the appliances in good condition. I also liked the design and the green / brown colors of the interior. A very important thing for us was that the mattress was comfortable enough. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

This was one of the most amazing and unforgettable trips of my life. From the very first moment I arrived, I couldn't stop smiling - the warm and homely welcome made me feel truly cared for. The owner of the hotel, Bagrad, treated every guest like an old friend throughout my stay. I even felt as if I had found a kind and caring father in Yerevan. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic - delicious and different every day. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything you might need. The room had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome - because of you, Yerevan will always stay in my heart. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
