Amazing welcome staff here. Everybody were kind. Transfer from an airport and back was exactly in time. Receptionist have helped me how to connect my cell of wi-fi. Breakfast was nice as well! recommend!

Great host, treats guests like family, always helps, advises, gives a lift, translates and advises. His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

“Excellent Apartment in a Perfect Location for Exploring Armenia’s Cultural Heritage” The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the warm, helpful hosts who were always ready to provide recommendations. The location is ideal for day trips in the area. A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd. Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

Hotel is located 15 mins from city center if you use taxi. There is a good supermarket (open nonstop) located 5 mins from hotel and a few pharmacies. So you can buy everything there. Very nice and helpfull owner. Small, clean room. Shared bathroom. We could use fridge. For the money, very good value.
