We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and very peaceful – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was truly one of the best we had during our stay in Albania. Everything was homemade and prepared by the lovely host, which made it feel even more special. The breakfast was also excellent, with delicious local and homemade products. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Friendly host family, lovely environment and awesome food/wine. Lots of animals, quiet surrounding and plenty of things to see in the area. If you don't want to stay at a generic hotel and you're keen on an authentic experience, this is the place. Will come back on my next trip through Albania!

We had an amazing time at Vjosa Guest House. The location is beautiful, with a great view on the Vjosa river from the lovely garden of the guest house. The hosts were amazingly friendly, super communicative even though we didn't speak the same language, and we had a blast staying with them. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was great. The accommodation was exceptionally good. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was quiet enough to keep on during the night, allowing for a restful sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The host was friendly and gave us helpful tips on what to see and where to go. In the morning, we were treated to a wonderful breakfast with homemade donuts, mulberry jam, eggs, coffee, and more. It was a truly great experience. The city center is within walking distance so we enjoyed strolling there and back. We also noticed the place is very family- and child-friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
