I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in Saranda! Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, and the facilities are modern and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming — a special shout-out to Gabriel and Andrey for going above and beyond. Truly 10 out of 10 service! I will definitely be coming back. Hotel Muze is one of the nicest hotel I stayed in in a long time. Modern, elegant, beautiful design. The owners and the whole stuff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of, especially Zo and Ornela. Don’t expect regular hotel buffet breakfast here. Once you sit down at your table you are treated with 5star breakfast. We were always asked what we wish to eat and everything was just exceptional. We stayed in one of the family rooms and felt very comfortable. Rooms are very nice and you have everything you need, even toiletries. I always appreciate little details such as little dark face towels for example. Zoe the owner speaks very well English and I got to learn a lot about Albania and Ksamil region. Saying goodbye was hard. We really felt great and welcome. We are already planning on coming back to Ksamil next year and we will for sure come stay at Hotel Muze again.
