Everything on this trip was perfect. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were incredible and I've never slept in such a massive super king bed. The meals were really tasty and breakfast was always a morning highlight. The views were like in a movie and I highly recommend booking the bungalow suite.

Beautiful view from the rooms. We got a free room upgrade and also early check in. Great satisfaction and we would definitely come back.

We also loved the peacefulness, the staff (shoutout to Hien in particular), the tour they organized (Phing was an excellent guide), the flexibility (they let us tired souls check in at 6am), the pristine cleanliness of the rooms…we want to go back already.

It is really an amazing place with a wonderful view. The staff is extremely nice, they allowed early check-in as soon as the room was ready and organized an extra tour for us in the afternoon to fit our schedule. They really try to fulfill any wish and are very nice and welcoming while doing so. The room is nice and clean.

Beautiful and well kept. Service was super good. They organized everything for us that we needed and fixed anything else as we traveled with a tiny baby. Food is awesome and at a really good price! Location is good as it is on the main road to Sapa but a bit outside. Makes it calm and serene. Me and my family will definitely come back here. We were thinking of going into town one evening but loved it so much that we decided not to go! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
