Great location by the river, a very family- friendly atmosphère, delicious home-cooked meal with fresh juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Emmanuel did everything he could to make sure we had a pleasant and smooth stay, including booking all our tours, help with transportation and arranges meals for us when we could not do it himself. You can really tell how much he cares and it is a very nice feeling being his guests

Staying at the Hacienda Herrera Tambopata was the shining star of our visit to Peru. Everything about it was a delight. The staff, food, surrounding landscape, tour offerings, the room...we loved every minute of our stay.

Offering all-inclusive rates and located in Puerto Maldonado in the Madre de Dios Region, Corto Maltes Amazonía provides bungalow accommodations deep in the amazon jungle. Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

Located only 3.5 hours from Puerto Maldonado city. (One hour by bus and 2.5 hrs by boat) This lodge is the only one inside the National Reserve of Tambopata. Free WiFi is featured. Fantastic lodge and research station deep in the reserve and the Amazon forest far from all visible signs of humanity, dense rainforest teeming with birds, animals, insects - it balances the discomfort of the steamy forest heat and biting insects perfectly with a little luxury when you are not out on excursions in the jungle - exactly what one would want from an Amazon experience.

Refugio Amazonas Lodge offers eco-friendly accommodation in the Tambopata National Reserve. The property features a restaurant, and some rooms include WiFi access. Stunning accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, an excellent guide, fascinating excursions, a scientific research centre which genuinely contributes to conserving the flora and fauna whilst helping the local community. Altogether the best experience we could have had in the Amazon. Not cheap but this was a once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny. Slept better here than ever before.

Dengan pemandangan taman, Andean Wings Sotupa Eco Lodge terletak di Puerto Maldonado dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat concierge, bar, taman, kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun dan teres. Such a beautiful property - really close to the town but far enough out that you really feel like you’re in the jungle. The staff were so kind and friendly and the included activities were awesome! I loved everything about it, even my little frog friend who joined me in the shower.

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, La Habana Conservation Area offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Very appreciated 2 days into the Jungle ! Very quiet, staff is very sympathic especially the 2 youngs ! Many thanks for all !

Surrounded by lush tropical rainforest and accessed by the Madre de Dios riverboat from Puerto Maldonado port, Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion is located in Puerto Maldonado. This lodge exceeded our expectations. Amazing meals. Beautiful wild setting. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent guided tours (our guide Uriel was magnificent and fabulous at spotting wildlife.) The boat trips along the rivers were surreal, especially the morning breakfast boat out to see the wild parrots on the clay licks. The pickup and luggage storage services were added bonuses. This definitely requires a three night stay (which we did) 4 nights would have been out of this world.

Featuring splendid river and jungle views, the property is located 10 metres from Tambopata River. The tour desk organizes activities such as fishing, canoeing, hiking, and cycling. From our friendly tuk tuk driver Jaime, who picked us up from the airport, to the final breakfast at this outstanding family run business, we enjoyed every second of our stay here. Rolan and his family took great care of us, the home cooked meals were sensational and the trips arranged by our hosts showed us the best this location can offer. Nothing was too much trouble - if you want to experience an authentic stay in the rainforest with excellent food and company, this is the place for you!
