Really cool vibes, clean, comfortable, helpful staff and excellent facilities. We stayed in a hut but if you stay at the hostel there is a communal area with chill out area, games and kitchen + eating area. The whole place is super well looked after, there is a small pool and loads of trees and plants that give it a very tropical vibe.

The Westender Inn is in such a beautiful location. The staff were great, all friendly and accommodating. There is a complementary shuttle to 7 mile beach and the Whistling Bird was stunning, beautiful place to watch the sunset. Amazing food as well! Loved the whole experience!

Nice garden and cabin looked good

The staff is lovely and always asks to help in any way. The best thing was the complimentary shuttle; if you feel like the hotel is too far from Negril and need a car, the shuttle is like a personal driver who will take you anywhere. Also, the facilities are insane; they are just like the pictures. I can't wait to go back.

Relaxing beach hut, in lovely tropical garden. Close to Value mac, Negril Soap factory, Negril Scuba dive, and small restaurants and bars. Staff were great and helpful. Easy to catch a taxi on the main route. Ricks Cafe is close by but we did not go there. Enjoyed cliff diving at nearby access.

The staff were great, really friendly and kind. The cleaners were excellent and always had smiles. We appreciated the renovated room and very comfortable bed with good linens. The fried chicken and brown stew chicken on the menu were consistently fantastic! The setting was just beautiful and we loved the ocean view from our room and the sounds of the waves. The resort's sister beach on Nine Mile Beach with free shuttles provided 3X/day to and from was an unexpected and welcome perk -it really added to our stay!!

We loved our stay here. Our cabin was spacious and comfortable and it was the quietest place we stayed in Jamaica.

The location, the food, the staff, and the cabins are all great.

This property had a authentic Jamaican feel. Breakfast was amazing especially the calaloo and saltfish. Nice infinity pool and rooms were clean and comfortable. Special shout out to Tino who drove us in the property shuttle every interaction was pleasant.
