The house is a mixture between English cottage and tiny home and offers every convenience you could wish for. It's the lovely details in furniture and accessories that made me instantly feel at home when coming through the front door.

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. Guðrún Björg is the sort of host that others simply dream of being. Every single detail has been thought out, she is a warm wealth of information about the area, and someone who truly cares about making your stay and experience as magical as it could be. The meals we enjoyed were also exceptional - lamb sourced from the property, and cod caught by her sons and husband, and freshly made waffles in the morning - what more could you ask for? This place is worth every penny and the view from our cottage was just tops. Go - stay here - relax - enjoy!

Bygghamar mempunyai pemandangan tasik, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Stykkishólmur. Absolutely perfect — 10/10! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the shower was excellent, the bed super comfortable, and the view from the apartment was stunning. Parking was available right at the apartment, which was very convenient. Out of all the places we stayed during our 10-day trip in Iceland, this was by far the best. A must-pick — highly recommended!

A beautiful and very modern cabin in a serene setting with almost no one around. Exceptional attention to detail with nothing left to chance. Excellent shower and bathroom. Very spacious, super modern even by hotel standards, with a really comfy bed. Top to bottom glass walls with beautiful views over the bay with seals (telescope included!) - watching them was great! Supermarket less than a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were wonderful. If you are the area and looking for peace and quiet, look no further - very highly recommended!

Cosy cabin with everything we needed for a comfortable night’s stay. The private hot tub was a fab way to wind down after a day of driving & hiking. We’d definitely recommend it to couples or 2 friends on an Icelandic road trip

Menawarkan tab mandi panas, Stunning Luxury Chalet in West Iceland - Birta Rentals terletak di Húsafell. The house is beautifully appointed. Beds are so comfortable and there is a hot tub and a sauna. You can make a great meal in the kitchen and the relax outside looking at an incredible view with a glass of wine. The perfect place to unwind. Excellent blinds for bright summer nights. Lots of great hiking and natural attractions to see. Recommend checking out the tours organized by Hotel Husafell

The lodge was well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It was clean, with good quality amenities to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. The host was polite and hospitable, providing good information about the accommodation and surrounding attractions, well ahead of our stay.
