Located in Mantanani Island, GreenHouse Lodge provides accommodation with access to a garden. The property boasts reusable plastic materials, using energy-saving lighting and conserving rainwater. I liked everything! The atmosphere is quite and relaxing. You feel as in the family, and a very accepting family! Everything you need is provided for you; Fred and Espi really make your life comfortable. In addition, the wonderful nature around, and you can get kayaks to go to the nearest island to make snorkeling and to see corals and colorful fishes... If you need a rest after the long working year, it is the best place you can choose. No noise, no transport, no crowds, the view of ocean, a very clean beach near the stay. We had a walk around the island, and the best and cleanest beach was near our stay. The food that the owners provide was delicious, everything was home-made, including the bread that I couldn't stop to eat it. I have a food allergy, and Espi cooked for me individually so that I could eat without worrying about it. It is the place that I would like to return there each year! I just want to thank Fred and Espi, his wife, for this wonderful time!

Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

The Mangrove is ideal for a family or friends staycation. The cabins are tucked in a mangrove forest, and each can fit up to 5-6 pax. The beach is just right in front of the place with the cabins overlooking the beach itself. You can park your cars literally in front of the cabins. The owner is super friendly as well! The inside of the cabin is clean and cosy. Each cabin comes with a balcony furnished with tables and chairs, a barbecue pits, and a sink - perfect for your barbecue night! We brought our own portable stove and did some light cooking for breakfast. The wind from the sea is chilling, and you can enjoy the night enjoying the breeze while barbecuing and having some drinks.

Terletak di Balung, 4 Simple Minimalistic Rooms at Sunset Lodge - Eco Valley Retreat 豐之谷 mempunyai penginapan dengan penyaman udara dan akses kepada taman dengan teres. This has become one of my favourite destinations during my trip to Sabah, Borneo. The moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff and were offered refreshments like tea, fruit and other nice sweets. The room was spacious and beautifully designed and it made me feel at home. I also appreciated that the staff already turned on the AC which made the arrival process even better. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and wish we could have spent another night if it was up to my travel itinerary. Moreover, we were able to do our laundry here and the staff folded and ironed it without any surcharge, such kindness! The food was very good including both dinner and breakfast, it was like my grandma would have made it. Overall, I would come back here again if I am ever given the opportunity.

The Last Frontier Boutique Resort terletak di atas bukit berketinggian 100 meter yang menghadap ke Hutan Simpan Kinabatangan di Bilit. Penginapan ini berjarak 2 jam pemanduan dari Sandakan yang indah.... This place is really amazing. We searched a lot to choose the right package for Kinabatangan River and this was really the best choice. Such friendly and helpful staff, we felt so welcome. There are only a few rooms, no big tourism and that's why you feel so comfortable here. (Don't be put off by the stairs, they are easy to climb). Every dish was delicious (even vegetarian at my special request) and the banana pancakes with caramel sauce? OMG the best pancakes we've ever had! The river cruises were very relaxing and we saw all the animals (monkeys, crocodiles, hornbills, elephants). We even had an orangutan outside our room visible from our window! We had an unforgettable experience here. Thank you very much Gert and the team, you are doing an excellent job.

Bayu Senja Lodge mempunyai pemandangan taman, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Kundasang. staffs and owner are super kind, helpful and accomodating. The place has a great view and cosy. Best parts staffs were swift and efficient to help out when in need.

The lodge itself was well-equipped and comfortable, and we were thrilled to find reliable WiFi in the common area. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the river cruises, expertly guided by Linda and her team. Their knowledge and dedication were evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure we saw the best wildlife the region has to offer, including the elusive Big 5. Linda's passion and expertise truly enhanced our experience, making each cruise an adventure to remember. A special mention goes to the food – the best Malaysian home-cooked meals we’ve ever had! The lodge graciously accommodated our vegetarian request, and every meal was a delightful culinary experience. This stay comes highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Borneo's jungle while enjoying excellent hospitality and thrilling wildlife adventures. Thank you to Linda and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

Terletak di Sepilok di kawasan Sabah, Borneo Sepilok Rainforest Resort menawarkan penginapan dengan tempat parking peribadi percuma, serta akses ke tab mandi panas. Really amazing place to stay near all of the sights in Sepilok. I chose to walk everywhere and it seemed to be in a pretty central location. Food was tasty and staff was friendly.
