The location is 2.4 km from the center, up a hill, quite far from the city. Consider a car, although there is a local bus to Goodwill. The landlady was excellent. Helpful and kind.

Manicou River Resort mempunyai taman, teres, restoran dan bar di Portsmouth. I loved the room that I booked and I really appreciated the hospitality from Madyline, Yoshi and Jeffrey. They were really friendly and helpful. If you have to opportunity to stay here please do so. It's is somewhat remote and it is a very long and steep walk from the main road but but it is doable with a few breaks in between. I had breakfast twice and dinner once on the premises. Everything is very fresh and tasty. If you want a serene and quiet place to stay, then stay there. If you want more hustle and bustle then this isn't the place for you. I loved it and will definitely be back because why not!?!

We loved the spectacular location, which offered easy access to hiking and snorkeling. The gardens on the property are beautiful , and there are incredible sunset views over the Caribbean from the pool. It is a totally relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed,as well as immaculately clean. The food is delicious. We especially loved the local specialties in the menu and enjoyed the selection of bush rums.

We enjoyed delicious home cooked meals while enjoying the amazing view from the dining area. The staff were so kind and helpful at meal times, and made us feel welcome. We really appreciated Stefan our host and all the detailed info he gave us for our day travels.

The views were stunning with secluded beach access. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and genuinely kind.
