There are just four lovely cabins next to the beach, so it’s very quiet and much more relaxing than staying in palomino. It was run by a family who cooked delicious custom-made meals and made sure I had everything else I needed.

Located in Palomino, Chez Oliv offers a garden and terrace. Free private parking is available on site. Some units feature a terrace and/or balcony. The place was amazing, very close to the beach. The room we stayed in on the second floor was fresh and cool despite the heat in Palomina. The very high traditional palm ceiling ensured the room stayed fresh. It was spotless and the mosquito nets ensured a very good night sleep. The shower in our room was "outdoor" so you shower among the trees and birds dining and under the stars at night while still being very private. On a clear morning we were able to see the snowy peak from the terrace of the second floor. The common areas were great with free coffee and water. Also there were many hammocks were one can chill and look at birds.
