She went out of her way to get us food, because we arrived too late to the place, didn't speak any Spanish and were too exhausted after an 11 hour flight. It was an amazing welcome.

Located in Torres del Paine, Konkashken Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi in the common area. Free private parking available. Guests will found both shared dormitories and bungalows. Fantastic location and great host + staff. Unfortunately we only had time for one night before we camped in the park. Had a nice walk with 2 local guides: the Konkashen Dogs. Breathtaking views that wet the appetite to get into the national park. Patrick attends to each guest with he patience and great advice. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and enjoyed it as well.

Located in the city centre, Bungalow by Toore Patagonia offers bungalow accommodation. Free WiFi within the entire establishment, and a local craft store where guests will find souvenirs. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was lovely, next to some great coffee shops and very walkable for exploring Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfy.

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site. David was an amazing host, being always available and really trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hut was amazing, impeccably clean and with everything to make our stay comfortable, such as shampoo, nice towels, bathrobes etc. The highlight was the hot tub and sauna, with amazing views on the surrounding landscapes. Everything is well maintained and it was really nice to warm up after all the hikes in the national park. The hut is located outside of the city so the best option is to have an own car and be able to drive around.

This property is in the middle of nowhere but that is the most appealing and endearing attribute. Nestled on a hill overlooking the rio Rasmussen, you had views of incredible landscapes and animals. Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

Great location. Our room was perfect for four people with four individual twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.

The owner & staff were very helpful organizing transfers to & from Puerto Williams, bicycles & kayaking, whale watching and glacier visits, laundry services etc. Dinners were well prepared and of good quality. Really nice cocktail bar. Perfect place to slow down and enjoy the nature.
